Syrah is one of the main staples in Rhône region of France.  It is usually darker than a Cabernet Sauvignon and milder in tannins. Our 2019 Syrah offers a cornucopia of fruit including blackberry, blueberry and boysenberry. It is slightly tart and jammy with hints of pepper, clove, vanilla, licorice, and chocolate.   All this is balanced with a nice dose of French oak.  Enjoy this with a robust pasta, BBQ or steak dinner. This wine has enough tannins to last several years and will improve over time so set a few bottles aside for future enjoyment!
