The Three Fools
Our name loosely translates to the three lunatics or fools, as most people know that starting a winery is for the insane. The three proprietors are Tim, Paul and Alan. Our common bond is our relationship over many years in the computer chip industry, along with the passion for wine. Paul & Tim have been amateur winemakers since the mid 1990’s. Once Alan joined the team, the madness was born. We source premium grapes in the Paso Robles AVA from well-known vineyards.

One or two amazing tasting experiences from Trois le Fou Winery & Lester Family Cellars. Located in the same building with a shared barrel room for your enjoyment. Please schedule a tasting by selecting the Wine Tasting tab above or just come on by. Although we do not offer food service, you can bring your own or order from your favorite delivery service.
