Our 2019 Folle Cuvee is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The medium tannins in the Cabernet Sauvignon combined with the full-bodied Merlot result in a very well balanced and very drinkable wine that reveals boisterous black cherry flavors, supple tannins, and a chocolatey finish.  This is a wine that will go well with a wide variety of dishes including pasta, cheese, meat and cream sauces.
